I get it. Not everyone is a fan of tattoos and I cannot fault you for it. What amazes me about this is the level of artistic talent it requires. Now, I’m not talking about the basement or backroom tatta you can get for $50. No, I’m talking about the professional, serious business, done right level of talent.
The pictures above are three of the images I wear and one that is the Hubs. He and I got what is called a “couples tattoo” just a few days ago. I’ll leave you to guess which those are. LOL
But tell me you aren’t impressed with the skill, the fine lines, and detail. What most people don’t realize is that the tattoo artist is an ARTIST. Not only do I carry Bre Webster’s art on my skin, but it also adorns the walls of my home office. She has amazing talent no matter how you look at it.
Like I said earlier, not everyone is into ink, but we can all appreciate talent and hard work. I am truly in awe of Bre’s level of skill and her calm demeanor while her clients are sitting at her station.
Not gonna lie- tattoos hurt and if anyone says otherwise – THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. You need to think long and hard about what you want, where you want and realize that this is a lifetime of wearing it. A tattoo should never be a snap decision. It should never be…”Meh…I got some money and time,” kind of decision. I thought long and hard about what I wanted. My first piece I agonized over for almost 2 years. Did I really want it? How will I feel about it 10 years from now? Why did I want it? Once I was able to answer those questions in a way that made me happy was when I made the appointment.
When someone asks me why I got what I got my answer is simple…”It’s what I wanted.”
This piece ^^^ is on the Hubs. He researched the image he wanted. He made changes and had ideas and went to Bre and laid it all out before her. This is the art she created from his idea. This is talent.
