I’m tired. I’m sore. I don’t wanna.
I have been an avid gym rat for going on 4 years now- why do I feel so guilty if I don’t go? It’s one day. I know I am on the verge of hurting myself if I don’t take a break, but I still sit in my head and mumble about commitment and goals. I feel lazy even though I KNOW I’m not.
Someone tell me it’s okay to take a break. Tell me it is acceptable to take time off to heal the ouchies I have eating at my body.
Why do the bottom of my feet hurt?
I don’t sweat. I sparkle!
